3. The specific service authorised

The authorisation is limited to Saint Lucia non-immigrant visas (single-entry and multiple-entry), namely: preparing an application, collecting the applicant's information and supporting documents, lodging the application with the Immigration Department, paying the applicable Government visa fee on the applicant's behalf where agreed, and communicating the outcome to the applicant.

The authorisation does not extend to any other Saint Lucia document or service, and does not extend to the visas, permits or travel authorisations of any other country.

4. Authorising entity and instrument

The authorisation was granted by the Immigration Department of the Government of Saint Lucia — the Government entity responsible for the receipt, assessment and issuance of Saint Lucia visas — under the authority of the Ministry of Home Affairs

5. Geographic scope

The authorisation covers applications submitted by applicants of any nationality, from any country or territory worldwide, in respect of travel to Saint Lucia. No other geographic scope is authorised.

Both amounts must be itemised separately on the provider's website before payment is taken.
  2. The decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the Immigration Department. gov.online Ltd has no authority to approve, refuse, issue, accelerate or guarantee any visa.
  3. gov.online Ltd must identify itself as a private service, must not use the Coat of Arms or any official Government identity, and must not present itself as a government website.
